Delivery is completely free on every order, no minimum spend required.
- Most products: 8–14 business days
- Selected fast-dispatch products: 1–3 business days (noted on the product page)
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from your first purchase to request a refund.
- Faulty, damaged, or arrived defective: we cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund once the item is received back.
- Change of mind: you can still return the item within the 14-day window, but you're responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Your refund is processed once we receive it.
