Delivery is free on every order. Most items arrive within 8–14 business days. Selected products ship faster, within 1–3 business days — this will be noted on the product page. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from your first purchase to request a refund.
- Faulty, damaged, or defective on arrival: we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
- Change of mind: you're welcome to return the item, but you'll need to cover return postage yourself, and your refund is issued once we receive it back.

How do I care for leather products?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and keep away from prolonged direct sunlight or moisture. A leather conditioner every few months will keep collars and leads supple for years.
